Charming and cozy 4 bedroom/2 bath room mountain home surrounded by tall pines located in quiet neighborhood of Tahoe Donner, Truckee, California. 25 minutes drive to major North Tahoe Ski resorts including Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, North Star and Sugar Bowl.


Ideal vacation home, comfortably accommodating 8 people with 3 double rooms and one room with twin beds. Rustic wood paneling throughout. New modern mountain kitchen with washer and dryer. Cable TV, VCR and CD player. High Speed cable for Internet access. Ample outside parking for 4 cars plus 1 garage parking. Linen and towels included.


Guest passes available to the Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation center which features heated out door lap pool, hot tubs, and large gym (within 2-3 miles). Located next to Trout Creek is the new golf course “Lodge” that offers exquisite dinning year round and has a great sports bar. Also included in the same vicinity, is a deli and mini market that offer great deals on Sugar Bowl lift passes as well as snow shoe rental and video rental.

Within Tahoe Donner itself, is the Tahoe Donner Ski center (4-5 miles) which offers very competitive ski/snow board lessons and equipment rental deals. Perfect for beginners, and families with small children. Close by you will find the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski center that boasts one of the largest and most beautiful cross country ski areas in the USA, with charming ski Chalets.

Downtown Truckee is only minutes away where you can enjoy your après ski experience at one of many restaurants that suit all tastes. There are also several great bars with live music, as well as an array of quaint mountain shops to temp you.

Rates and Booking:
Weekends : $240/ night + 10%Tax and $135 cleaning fee. (Fr/Sat/Sun 2 nights min)

Week Days: $210/ night + 10%Tax and $135 cleaning fee. (Mon-Thurs)

Christmas/New Year weeks:

$295/night + 10%Tax and $135 cleaning fee. (3 night min)

Holidays: $255/ night + 10%Tax and $135 cleaning fee. (3 night min)

Spring Skiing: $210/ night + 10%Tax and $135 cleaning fee. (Fr/Sat/Sun 2 nights min)
